Customer Care

The Customer Care Department is available for ordering spare parts, parts price inquiries, customer inquiries, and providing general information pertaining to customer service and spare parts issues. They may be reached at 905.645.6654

Technical Service

Technical Service is available for technical information, installation assistance, application questions, training, and service of equipment. They may be reached at 800.526.4810.

Emergency Technical Service

Technical Service representatives are on-call during non-business hours to handle emergency technical questions and help with troubleshooting. Calls are routed to technical service personnel via an answering service. Technicians can be reached Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. They may be reached at 800.526.4810.
